Brad, a native of the Jupiter area, is a member of one of the pioneering families of Jupiter.  Brad doesn’t see himself as a salesman, but as a professional whose job is to keep his clients well informed and to help them make proper decisions for their needs without undue pressure.  Almost 90% of Brad’s business is referrals.  This is due to his no pressure attitude and his background in not only Real Estate, but in general information of the area and a strong background in construction.  Many of Brad’s clients are repeat business with a number of clients purchasing 5 or more properties with his help.  This kind of activity has helped Brad sell over $125 million worth of homes and has made him a top producer, mainly in the Jupiter/Tequesta area.
